WHAT WE DO
JOB COACHING
We support job coaching which involves a dedicated person to assist a special needs adult with the tasks that they perform at their job.
TRANSPORTATION
LIVING ASSISTANCE
We provide means for special needs adults to go to job interviews, to get to their places of employment, to go shopping for groceries or personal needs or to go to a place for recreation.
We provide assistance for special team members to locate and finance housing and our goal is to eventually provide housing environments via a living center.
ABOUT US
Friends of Sweet Jordan’s Foundation provides services to people with disabilities so that they may excel in all aspects of their lives. These services include but are not limited to job coaching, transportation and living arrangement assistance.
